Founder @ AdToken · Web3 Product Operator
I embed transactions
inside content — not in apps,
not in wallets.
4 years building product in Web3. 2M+ on-chain users onboarded. $250K–$300K/month revenue systems designed.
“Most products fail at monetization not because of UX — but because distribution and incentives are not designed together.”

The things I've built
Turned content surfaces into transaction interfaces
adtoken.coProblem
Crypto discovery and transaction happen in different places — you learn about a token in a tweet but have to leave to act on it.
My Role
Sole product owner across infrastructure, UX, partnerships, and GTM. Built zero-to-one across engineering and BD.
Systemic Insight
The gap between content and commerce is not a UX problem — it is an infrastructure problem. Once you collapse that gap at the surface level, discovery and transaction become the same moment.
What I Built
- —Interactive iframe ad system enabling token swaps, staking, and NFT actions inside ad placements
- —Embedded trading flow inside X (Twitter) tweet previews — wallet connect, swap, referral, leaderboard
- —Publisher SDK with analytics dashboard; referrer commission layer (0.5% per transaction)
Key Decision
Rejected redirect-based flows → collapsed entire funnel into a single surface (iframe), increasing conversion probability at the cost of implementation complexity.

Made Web3 invisible to 2 million users in 27 days
gari.networkProblem
Web3 social apps were hemorrhaging users at wallet creation — seed phrases and gas fees were killing the conversion funnel before users ever saw the product.
My Role
Led product for Aptos blockchain integration within a 15–18 person cross-functional team. Owned wallet UX and on-chain onboarding. Founded Gari Dev DAO, scaling it to 600+ Web3 developers & shareholders.
Systemic Insight
Web3 onboarding fails when you ask users to understand the infrastructure before they experience the value. Abstract the protocol entirely — users don't need to know they're on-chain.
What I Built
- —PIN-based wallet abstraction eliminating seed phrase friction at onboarding
- —Gasless transaction system for social interactions (tipping, calls, digital assets)
- —In-app monetization systems driving $250K–$300K/month revenue
Key Decision
Pushed for PIN-based custody over standard MPC — more friction in engineering, but zero friction for users. The 2M user result validated the tradeoff.
Rebuilt enterprise infrastructure for 100M transactions/month
YC-backed. $12M+ annual policy premiums. The brief: make the infrastructure invisible so B2B partners could scale.
bimaplan.coProblem
A YC-backed insuretech platform with $12M+/year in premiums was running on a monolithic architecture that couldn't support B2B partner scale.
My Role
Product lead for platform transformation. Owned architecture scoping, RBAC design, and partner onboarding product.
Systemic Insight
Enterprise buyers don't buy features — they buy control and predictability. The product had to make compliance and access management feel effortless before any partner would trust it at scale.
What I Built
- —PaaS architecture transformation of UNO platform scoped for 100M transactions/month
- —RBAC system for enterprise access control — role-based permissions across partner organizations
- —Improved partner onboarding flow reducing integration friction and increasing system reliability
Key Decision
Prioritized RBAC before feature parity — slower to ship, but gave B2B partners the trust layer they needed to expand usage. Enterprise trust compounds; features don't.
Applied AI
AI as an operational layer
I use AI as infrastructure — not a product category. These are systems built to multiply output, not showcase technology.
Content Engine
Personal ProjectAI-powered end-to-end LLM workflow for content ideation, drafting, and multi-platform distribution with feedback loops that improve output quality over iterations.
- —LLM workflow for idea generation → draft → publish
- —Feedback loops that improve output quality over iterations
- —Automated distribution across platforms
Tools Used
JellyNet
LiveDecentralized marketplace for APIs and compute via AI agents and trustless micropayments. AI agents discover and consume APIs autonomously; billing settled via USDC rails.
- —AI agents that discover and consume APIs autonomously
- —Trustless micropayment rails for API usage billing
- —Open marketplace model — any API can participate

Perspective
How I think about products
Distribution and incentives must be designed together, not sequenced.
Most Web3 onboarding fails because it teaches the protocol instead of hiding it.
The best product insight comes from tracing money movement, not user flows.
Monetization is a product problem, not a growth problem.
